Terms of Use

By using Smokehour, you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be 21 or older, or a registered medical marijuana patient in a state we cover, to use this site.

Information only

• Smokehour is a directory that helps you find licensed cannabis dispensaries in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We don't sell, deliver or take orders for any products.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the MA Cannabis Control Commission or the CT Department of Consumer Protection, or any dispensary listed, unless we clearly say otherwise.
• Listings come from public state license records and OpenStreetMap. Stores open, close, move and rebrand, so details may be out of date or wrong. Distances are straight-line estimates, not driving distances. Please call ahead before you go.
• Nothing on this site is medical or legal advice.

Follow the law

Cannabis is legal for adults under the laws of the states we cover but remains illegal under federal law. Don't drive while impaired, don't consume in public places, and don't take cannabis across state lines.

Other websites

We link to dispensary websites and map apps that we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, products, prices or practices.

Store names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify each store. Logos come from the store's own website. If you run a store and want yours changed or removed, use the feedback form or email us.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its information.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
